About us

After being deeply touched and trasformed by the Father's love, grace and power, Carla and Paloma were never the same. The burning in their hearts increased as the Holy Spirit led them to leave their current lives behind and start a movement called The Last Wave. Paloma (right) is Mexican with a degree in International Business and Carla (left) is Venezuelan-Canadian with a career in Athletic Therapy and Project Management. The Lord put everything to use when the adventure began as they completed the Catch the Fire School of Ministry training in Toronto, Canada in the fall of 2021.

Together with other burning-ones, young and younger ;), by the grace of God, they began to spread His love and fire through the nations as the Holy Spirit led them. By different events, schools, intercession missions, conferences, worship nights, afternoon coffees, and divine encounters with other hungry ones around the world, they have seen Him transform and awaken His Church in preparation for His return.

Worshipers and pioneers at heart, as we step into this new era, they love to see the Kingdom of God being established and His Church trained, raised and equipped through the apostolic and prophetic ministries. Simply by going back to the beginning, to the origin of all things: Jesus.

Their heart's desire is that the earth would be filled with the Glory of God, and every soul would come into His loving arms. That Jesus would receive the reward of His suffering, a pure and spotless Bride, ready, eager and longing for His return. In love and passionate about Him, her Bridegroom-King, prepared with the necessary tools to be able to persevere until the end.
